How the agent reaches the tools you already run, and what happens when your tool is not on the list.
What happens
- A connector turns a system into tools the agent can call during a conversation: look up an order, create a contact, check availability, file a ticket.
- Featured connectors are the catalog NeevAI maintains: HubSpot, Slack, Google Analytics, Databricks, Cal.com and Calendly today.
- Anything else with an API or an MCP server is wired through the connector system: credentials are encrypted, each tool can be switched on or off per client, and a connection test confirms it works before the agent uses it.
- Your data stays in your systems. The agent reads and writes through the API. There is no new database and no migration.
What your customers see
- A logo row on the site for featured connectors, and the same connector line everywhere else: if you use it day to day, we likely already connect to it. If we do not, our connector system wires up anything with an API or MCP server, and we build that connection for you.
- In the portal, the connectors attached to each agent, each tool’s on or off switch, and the health of each connection.

The honest limitation
Featured connectors are a short list. Everything else is a build, which is our job and takes time we scope with you. Logos on the site only ever show featured connectors.
