Embedding and theming
How the agent gets onto your site, and how it ends up looking like you.
What happens
- The agent is added to your site with one script tag. It can run as a floating widget with a launcher bubble, or as a full-page chat in an iframe.
- Appearance is a full token-based theme: brand color, fonts, corner radius, light and dark, edited in the portal with a live preview. The embed paints in your palette on the first frame.
- A host page can seed a question into the chat or open it programmatically, so a search box or a button on your site can start the conversation.
- An optional pre-chat form can collect name and email before the first message. Conversation history follows the visitor across pages.

- A chat that matches the site it sits on, on desktop and phone.
- No NeevAI branding unless you want it.

The honest limitation
